Product Design (UI/UX) Course Outline: 

This course curriculum provides a comprehensive introduction to the exciting world of Product Design, focusing on both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles. Over eight weeks, you’ll gain the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to design user-centered digital products. The course will be delivered through a blended learning approach, with two in-person and one virtual session per week.

User Persona Development: Creating user personas to represent your target audience. (Workshop: Build a User Persona)
Information Architecture & User Flows
Information Architecture: Structuring and organizing content for optimal user experience.
User Flows: Mapping out user journeys and interaction pathways within a product. (Activity: User Flow Mapping for a Simple App)
Low-Fidelity Wireframing & Prototyping
Introduction to Wireframing: Different types of wireframes and their uses.
Wireframing Tools: Exploring popular wireframing software and online tools.
